30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories or components.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@thewhitepool.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Timeline: You can expect the funds to appear in your account within 10 business days after we have processed the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@thewhitepool.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in shipping our pools. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect in your email.
