Shipping policy

Processing Time

We strive to prepare your order for shipment quickly. After your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process and pack your items. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your package has been handed over to FedEx, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8  business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we work hard to ensure your order arrives within this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or high seasonal volumes may impact delivery speed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the FedEx website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away. We will work with FedEx to investigate the situation and provide a resolution for you.
