This product includes both part #2482 and #2483. It is a 8" Seat Cover assembly. The larger part on top is 6" wide and 8 1/2" deep. Part 2482 is the part on top, and the 2483 is the lower part on the bottom. No hardware is included. Please reuse your existing hardware.
